When You Can Request a Return, Replacement, or Refund:

You are entitled to a return, replacement, or refund if the item you received falls under any of the following conditions:

  1. Defective or Faulty Product: The item is not working as intended, has a manufacturing defect, or is damaged through no fault of your own upon receipt.
  2. Damaged in Transit: The item sustained physical damage during the delivery process (e.g., shattered, broken, spilled contents) and was not caused by mishandling after delivery.
  3. Incorrect Item Received: You received a product that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, model, or product entirely).
  4. Product Not as Described/Misrepresented: The item materially differs from its description, specifications, or images provided on our website.
  5. Expired Product (if applicable): For perishable goods, the product is expired upon delivery.

Please Note:

  • A "change of mind" or buyer's remorse is generally not a valid reason for a return, replacement, or refund under Philippine law, unless specifically stated as a courtesy by the merchant's individual product policy.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or negligence on the part of the consumer is not covered by this policy.

General Conditions for Returns:

  • Proof of Purchase: All returns, replacements, or refund requests must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, official receipt, sales invoice, or clear transaction details).
  • Original Condition (where applicable): Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and freebies intact (unless the return is due to a defect or damage that prevents this).
  • Prompt Notification: You must notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 24-48 hours, of receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. For non-perishable items, returns should generally be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.

How to Request a Return, Replacement, or Refund:

Provide Necessary Information: In your message, please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • The name of the item(s) you wish to return
  • A clear reason for the return (e.g., "damaged item," "wrong product received," "defective")
  • Supporting evidence: Clear photos and/or videos of the item, especially showcasing the defect or damage, and the original packaging. For damaged parcels, a video of the unboxing is highly recommended.
  1. Await Our Review: Our team will review your request and may coordinate with the specific merchant of the product. We aim to respond within 2-3 business days.
  2. Return Authorization & Instructions: If your request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to return the item. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping:

  • For Valid Returns (Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, Not as Described): Speed Regalo or the respective merchant will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a shipping label or arrange for pick-up.
  • For Other Cases (e.g., Change of Mind - if applicable per merchant policy): If a return is accepted for reasons other than the above (e.g., a voluntary "change of mind" policy offered by a merchant), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs. This will be clearly communicated during the return process.

Refund Processing:

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team or the merchant, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds:
  • Refunds will typically be processed within  7-14 business days after the approval of your return.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank account, e-wallet). Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
  • Replacement:
  • If a replacement is opted for and available, it will be shipped out to you after the return is processed. We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.

Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions:

Please note that certain items may be non-returnable due to their nature, such as:

  • Perishable goods with a short shelf life that have passed their recommended return window.
  • Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale," "Non-Returnable," or "Non-Exchangeable" (provided this is for reasons other than defect or misrepresentation, and clearly disclosed before purchase).
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
