Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Speed Regalo! We are committed to providing you with a seamless gifting experience. Please review our shipping policy below: 

1. Order Processing Time

• Ready-to-Ship Orders: processed within 1 business day upon checkout. The earliest delivery date will be the next day. 
• Pre-Orders and Custom Items: typically take 1–3 business days to process before being shipped out for delivery.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

• Next-Day Delivery: Available for select locations and orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time). Additional charges may apply. 
• Same-Day Delivery: Currently not offered, but we're working on making this available soon—stay tuned! 
• Standard Shipping (Outside Metro Manila): Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Metro Manila: 

1. Standard Delivery Rate: ₱250 per order 
2. Free shipping for orders above ₱7,500 
3. Other Areas: Shipping rates vary depending on location and courier service. Final rates will be shown at checkout.
   

4. Shipping Destinations

• We currently ship within the Philippines. Please check during checkout if your delivery address is eligible.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

6. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to: 
• P.O. Boxes • APO/FPO addresses 
• Certain remote or out-of-service areas 

Please confirm your address during checkout to avoid delays.

7. Address Accuracy

• Please ensure all shipping information provided is complete and accurate. Speed Regalo will not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details submitted by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

• If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will be happy to assist you.
