Yes. For custom or business gifting requests, simply contact our customer support team and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I contact someone before placing an order?

Are all gourmet boxes the same?

No. Each box has its own theme, inclusions, and price. Some are more festive and celebration-focused, while others lean more savory, brunch-style, or wine-pairing oriented.

How soon are orders processed?

Our gourmet boxes are freshly made and takes 1-3 business days to process and the earliest delivery date is next-day.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

The current return policy says customers should notify SpeedRegalo as soon as possible, ideally within 24–48 hours, if they receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

What can I expect inside a gourmet box?

Each gourmet box includes a curated mix of items depending on the product you choose. Based on the current listings, contents may include selections such as pastries, cookies, drinks, cheese, cured meats, crackers, chips, and other gift-friendly inclusions.
